Does anyone know where to find those?
Or is anyone willing to share some?
I´m asking because the drum programming is the hardest part of the music-making for me.
Some good patterns would be very helpfull.

There's tons of free MIDI files around (complete tunes that is), even rather good ones.
I allways found it the easiest to listen to the complete tunes and then just extract the drum tracks in case I liked them.
Here's a site with a few free drum MIDIs:

Thanks,
this is exactly what I´m lookuing for.
I must admit I´m too lazy to extract the drum parts of midifiles, if there is a faster/easier way I´d like to take that.
Still searching for more.

See it that way: When listening to complete MIDI files it's way easier to decide whether the drum part is actually great or not. Plus, in complete tunes you will most likely find a whole lot of variations whereas in those isolated drum MIDIs there's often just one or two variations.
Further, you know what the drums are meant like to sound in context.
Also, it only takes a few seconds to accomplish extracting.
- Listen to MIDI file
- Bad drums => Trash
- Good drums => Drag into sequencer (in case your sequencer supports dragging)
- Delete all the rest
- "Export selection as MIDI file"
- Done
Really, once you get used to that it'll become a truly fast procedure. The longest time it takes is to listen to the original file.

not sure how I got on this guys mailing list, he's kinda funny actually. But sometimes he sends you some cool drum files, along with his midi lessons. There is no regularity to it though, just every so often... www.MIDIdrumfiles.com
