Crossfade Loop and recording at higher sample rates

It seems like Crossfade Loop records all audio with a 44100 sample rate. When I use it in a Reaper project that uses 48000 samples when I play back my newly recorded sample it's out of tune. Is there a way to make it adjust its sample rate?

That shouldn't be the case. Is this Mac or PC? Latest plug-in version?

Hm, it could be some obscure setting in Reaper. I'll investigate further.

On a Mac, Yosemite, latest (beta!) of Crossfade Loop.

I found the answer. All of my presets were derived from a state were there was a 44100 sample rate sample loaded which I immediately recorded over. Loading a clean defaulted instance results in a correct sample rate.
