Says it all. I can perfectly sync them that's not the question.

JackOSX doesn't work in El Capitan as it seems and wont be updated from what I could find out. Apple won't allow.

Is there an alternative? Or another way to do so? Terminal commands?

I did contact the Ableton support a week ago, nothing from there and I won't contact NI because their support sucks and I'm not sure if they can't or simply don't want, that's why never again NI support.

Thank you guys once again, greets!

Have a look at Soundflower: https://rogueamoeba.com/freebies/soundflower/

Otherwise you might try doing a websearch if there are compatible beta-releases of JackOSX or Soundflower available.

Rogueamoeba are beta testing their beta app Loopback

This will have the same functionality as Soundfower. If their current app catalog is anything to go by (Audiohijack anyone?) then it will be super user friendly and rock solid. And as much as I have used Soundflower I can not same the same for that in regards of stability.

Thanks, this is by far the farthest I came so far. Hope this works because this post is from before El Capitan and if Apple messed something up later idk....

Can you confirm that Soundflower doesn't work in El Capitan? I've tried to figure it out the last 2 days but couldn't get a sound out of it. I even terminal sudoed away the .kext extension blocker one youtube user said needs to be disabled to get it working, still nothing.

It's just that some people say it works and some say it doesn't and I can't figure it out who is telling the truth.

Thanks anyways

I am still on Yosemite. Not touching El Capitan with six foot pole. I always stay clear of new OSX until they have been out for at least six months or so, maybe longer.

All I can say it worked on Yosemite.

That's what I will do in future. My old setup didn't work so I decided to go all new and on a slower computer El Capitan is better than Yosemite. I'm in no rush I don't even want to perform but will have to I guess and since I know I can use my Ableton effects on Traktor make them one program more or less I don't want only Traktor or Ableton or only sync them I want all that's possible and I hope it stays that way as it was in Yosemite.

Thank you have a great day!
