What is new is Melodyne Studio 4 not Melodyne Editor 3.

In their forum everyone seems to want DNA in the Melodyne Studio.
Melodyne Studio 3 is not ARA capable but will it be in V4?

I am hoping that they merge the Studio and Editor this way
we will have multiple tracks to work with in Melodyne Editor.

My biggest hope it that they put more effort in the music
creation side rather than the editing to correct audio.

Also will like to see a price drop!

Nice find! Seems like Studio, Editor, Assistant and essential are being upgraded to 4, makes sense.

The updated website/webshop is a joke, a travesty...

I have no f**king idea, what the update/upgrade price would be for me... my account says I could upgrade directly in the shop (as one would think, right?) - they even call it "my personal webshop access", which then only shows the following generic list:

I have what they themselves call "Melodyne editor 2.x retail" - yet they neither list it, nor explain what other name they give it in the shop. I assume it's for them the same as "Melodyne plugin", but how would I know?
Basically all I want to do is to upgrade from "Editor 2" to "Editor 4" i.e. the same f**king version, for crying out loud.

And b.t.w., whenever I want to go from the shop back tomy account I have to re-login, even though I already was logged in a few seconds ago...

Stellar work, Celemony - you needed to take down your site (at least) this whole day to come up with that? As a software company? Really?

If you launch Melodyne it should take you to an upgrade web page. I have Editor & straight after launching Melodyne I was taken to a page offering the update for €99.

I just upgraded and Editor is now no longer in my account, just Essential and Studio.

So I no longer have ARA !?!!

Found it now in the shop - if I want to update or upgrade, I have to select the full product in the shop instead of clicking on "updates and upgrades"... I thought Bavaria was especially strict in regards to Cannabis consume? Just alcohol couldn't explain this...

The Sound Editor looks pretty interesting, and there seem to be a lot of improvements overall.

This reminds me that for some reason, Sonar Platinum hasn't been recognizing any of my Melodyne installs at all (Essential, Editor, Studio). Hopefully the upgrade will fix that, but otherwise I guess it's time to contact support.

I was using v3 today, and as soon as I instantiated it, it led me to an update page. Upgrade price for me was €99, but I'll hold off for a while.
