what are ".bin" and ".cue" files????

Bin/cue is an image file of a cd that you can
a) burn onto cd using alocohol, nero, whatever
b) mount on a virtual drive like daemon
www.daemon-tools.cc

then depending on what is on the cd, you will need an application to browse its contents
a) svcd (dvd rip)
b) application/data
c) audio/other format cd
