Now see, that's what I'm talking about! A proper polyphonic analog synth at a reasonable (but not cheap) price. Keeping my fingers crossed that Roland finally got the memo and this thing isn't full of suck...
Incomplete list of my gear: 1/8" audio input jack.

Rumour?

Right!

This sounds great! One of my biggest regrets is selling my SuperJupiter back in the day. This one sounds like it may just be even better than the old Jupiters and certainly cheaper. Of course assuming it isn't just a rumor... which I suspect it may not be. Suddenly... I don't want a Prophet 6 anymore.

I'll probably focus first on a modular setup... I wonder if the Mother32 is going to have any children soon. NAMM is only days away, so all questions will be answered by the end of the week, I'm sure. Sounds like it's going to be an exciting one this year! :tu:

Where is the source of that rumour? When i google, i see 2 threads, one on Gearslutz, one here. Sounds interesting, but not much worth without any source indication.

LOLOLOL.
That's that rumour squashed then.
Have you told GS too? ;)

"Oooh I dont know. Sounds a bit scary"
"It's not scary. You just lose a sense of who you are and all that sh!t"

No, somebody else on GS found out before me, I'm just posting it here. :D

Oh C*ck.. that spoiled a perfectly good day.

That link somehow takes me to a post about a Tyrell N6 skin in this forum. :)

Ah, get it now. :dog:

It has spread even further btw: http://www.elektronauts.com/topics/view/17864

I'm actually kind of glad that it turned out to be a rumor/rumour, lol. Still looking forward to hearing more of what people are working on - both hw and software.

Same. My bank balance couldn't handle this as well as the remaining (and new) stuff on the GAS list.

Such a synth could be possible at around that price point methinks. Maybe a little more. Like a third more... But Roland won't be the ones to do it. They're busy making clunkboxes and tiny VA synths that are spec-ed like 2005 VSTis! ~LOLZ!~

T^%his was originally posted at Gearslutz (that's where I cut and paste it from) and its now gone, so either that confirms it was a fake, or Gearslutz were told to take it down by Roland :D (got to love a good conspiracy theory)

Still no big leaks from Roland (or Arturia or Beringer) on new analogue pollys?
