Nice post deastman, i also belive what you wrote and you have a point.. but when we're talking about big companies with alot of researh in backgroud and a specific targeted people with very specific needs and lifestyle. That gives more responsability to designer and to his work real apreciation for its real value. On the other hand i personally have a problem with advertising because what advertising really is. I made alot of identities that changed the way a business had success on the market and i know that a good-made image can make all the difference. But unfortunatelly sometimes the image is ALL the company has to offer and this is real bullshit (a no.1 world brand bullshit). I belive in the quality of the product as the main and most important marketing task. So as freelancer i mostly work for customers that wants to invest in their product/service quality and after that on their image.

So Robert if you have a $x00.000 business i will charge you more

I just started recording two days ago too....

I sell "lemenade" to help your audio perform better....

free was what you meant right?

If your making that much money and are that good

(actually I have seen your latest art and it is good I have to say) I can offer an introductory price of $50 per year advertising for (web designers only – after I have seen their work) at the AudioShot site. After the introductory period it will increase as the site develops – but it will only be available for cool web designers that are making loads of money at what they do.

thats where the advertising fits on my site. (no advertising is on the free sites - thats the artist space and ad free)

PS the designer must have a flexy budget to fit all pockets and be of service at all levels (not just xxxx top end companies

) Web Designers = conception to creation of dynamic websites.

Alternatively you can get a website – like everyone else can, artists, designers, musicians etc. – and show case it in the various forums around the world including mine.

But the little graphics on my site as above for web designers.

Oh! I see – Rob has given you his password and log in to the very root of his webspace

– and you have uploaded the files to the root and not the public_html folder – that’s where they need to be

Assuming you uploaded them there and not Rob

Glad to read it Mully, phew! panic over

Well, I am not moving clients files about – so Rob will need to move them to the Public_html folder (as this is the folder that the world sees, anything outside of this folder is blocked from access to the internet world, we hope )

well the actual time from finishing to posting them was about 100 times longer than actually doing them
