BTW has anyone really taken a hit from a lack of 64-bit Vanguard? I get that 64-bit versions are cool. Make no mistake, I'd be happy to see it happen too. But it's a synth that there are many similar to (and IMO much better) out now. Vanguard aliases like a motherf**ker too. Even with the "alias-free oscillators" option on.

Bloody hell! I only just found out about this. Guess I own 2 legit "vintage vst's" now lol. Got a couple of banks for it, which I'll set to freeware later today in the soundware forum. Everyone that bought those items will be well compensated, so no worries there
.
Vanguard really had its own unique "sound" to it. It's dated now, but I won't be the least suprised if 20 years from now someone makes a "Vanguard emulation"- complete with new features not included in the original...LOL!

wth - why not just release them as freeware? Instead, the only way to get them is via cracks? Free plugins would be a good way to attract traffic and potential customers. Or they could just drop the price to no-brainer levels. Refx don't seem to be the smartest tools in the shed.
