I received the videos from PureMix on 12.25-26, but nothing from PreSonus.

Some people have raised support tickets with Presonus and have had the channel strip added directly to their accounts.

I got it via support ticket. I had to provide a screenshot of the email showing that I entered the raffle.

Easy, simple, done.
