BTW DMG guys... I am unable to log to my account, trying to reclaim a new password didn't work (haven't received new one - in numerous times I have tried), my mails haven't been answered for quite some time now (months ?).
I hope I'll be able to access my account before buying the plug...

You guys are so talented!!!
Only thing I can recommend: please look into optimizing the UIs for lower spec'ed cards. Especially the moving displays. In all your products. Currently, they're a bit heavy, with some visual glitches of moving stuff (waveforms, etc).
(In case someone is quick to jump: I know the 'buy a better GPU' retort, that's not the point.)

We have in fact already optimised the UI of Limitless for OpenGL (2 or better), which should cover every graphics card out there
Dave.

Erm. I don't see any emails, so this looks like an email problem? Can you send me another email, and a PM with your address in?Tp3 wrote:BTW DMG guys... Sure, momentarily at peaks, but not continuously. My point was you don't want a limiter to continuously change the spectral balance of your mix unless that's your specific intention, as opposed to an artifact of the processing.camsr wrote:I'm confused, isn't this exactly what multiband dynamics manipulation is?

Hey Dave! Congrats on the upcoming release! I managed to completely miss the beta as I hadn't checked my beta mail folder in a while...
Anyways, just dropping a quick idea here... would it be possible to have the clipping threshold to show in the Time mode? It would make the Drive adjustment much faster as you'd immediately see when you begin shaving off the peaks.
Cheers!

Took me a while to understand Expurgate, got there in the end and still learning...this looks much the same. Interested as there's a lot of mixed views and experience with limiters.
