Each drum has panning.
Kick page now update kick preview a lot quicker.
Fix bug in menu where some mouse settings did not take immediate effect.
Fix bug where kick 2 and 3 where sometimes silent at startup.
DrumR 1.1, now with individual channel outputs available now!
