Right - More trouble than they expected it seems - but they should be better communicating of general errors. If they don't have a forum anymore, why don't they open one here on KVR. Anyhow it's good that at least users can help each-other when the companies themselves can't. Apart from all this (now I got my trial-issues solved) I'm looking forward to dig into the program.
