The text below is in their T&C's:

"Entrants may only enter the Competition once and must be resident in a Participating Territory to be eligible for a prize, therefore the Competition is void in all other countries"

I don't live in Europe or the USA and I'm wondering where these Participating Territories are. Why don't they just spell out which countries are ineligible??

I found this after googling the term 'novation participating territory':

Participating Territory is defined as any territory with a Novation distributor within the following regions and territories: Europe, Middle East, Russia and Africa but excluding America and Asia-Pacific.

excluding America doesn't seem right though ... when I googled, I found loads of previous novation competitions - some from Novation UK, some Global ... and more still that are non-descript. I guess the only way to be sure is to email their support. Or simply enter the competition anyway and see what happens... it's free to enter ...

^I emailed the address given on the T&C page on Thursday to ask about this. The email was undeliverable because "The group competitions only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list." Then tried a different address. Haven't heard anything yet, but only one business day (Friday) has gone by, so that's normal. If I do hear anything, I'll post here.
