Normally software developers use Share-It, that after you purchase something via Share-It they notify the developer – then anywhere between 1 to 3 days later you get sent the registration.

Normally this is all explained either at the web site – at the time of ordering and in the email confirmation – if after (whatever time the email confirmation says) you get nothing – contact the email provided in the purchase confirmation.

Keep in mind though,

The developers are generally very small companies – often one guy does it all kind of thing. So this is something you will need to get used to if you would like to purchase and use some very classy stuff at some very reasonable cost – you are not contributing in payment for a team of dedicated package and supply merchants – but supporting rather talented individuals – they extend this saving to you in all respects ( they need to sleep and stuff too) – plus they make sure you are supplied the latest they developed.

I am sure this will be resolved soon.
