I would always make for such comparisons a mixdown and from this different versions in another project. In a live project there is too much random stuff going on which will sound always a bit different.
It's also easier and quicker to switch between different audio tracks (in Cubase in Solo mode there is always the selected track "solo" so it's very easy to switch between different tracks only with the up/down keys.

I'm seriously considering getting either the FabFilter L1 or this. It seems like the FF L1 is due for an upgrade, the Limitless is perhaps the better offering at present and with the intro price it's probably the way to go.

Seems like the possibilities are Limitless.

i just bought it. it is amazing!!!
easy, fun and fast and better than any other limiter i have used. this is now my go-to limiter.
hearing & using Limitless i wonder how the hell i ever put up with other limiters...

and don't even get me started on that clipper....
that was like the finishing touch.

I am still experiencing that graphical crash error. Has no one else reported the same bug?
This time I tested it by disabling as many features as I could in the global preferences screen. Still no luck.
When moving EQ nodes, if the one being moved pushes the moves a neighboring node, there's a good chance that it causes a crash. And it always causes a crash when one of them tries to move above 20khz.
