It's a lot of background style presets. For underscores and stuff. Not so much in the way of leads or something you would play as the lead. But man, very good for underscores.
A heaping dose of outrageously goofy synth tracks, scores and chiptunes.

Does anyone know if the oscillator in the ring modulator can track the keyboard? I've tried, but it doesn't
give the result I would expect.
I wish I could sing as well as the voices inside my head...

Sure, insert it on keygroup level and key follow will work just fine.

Else something about images for WT - what about resolution of images ? If i understand correctly WT convert it in some his size, so what his native resolution (in pixels) ? Or i mean - Is there any reason to make\try import large images (800x600 for example) ? is wiil be there any difference in sound (compared with small images)?

Post

Images native resolution should be 2048 x 128 but they are rescaled if the width is not right and we only take the 128 first rows or less if the image is smaller.

Hope this clarify things.

Otristan, 2048 ?? this is not a typo ? (or 248?)

Post

Probably not a typo. 2048 is a power of 2, 248 isn't. :P

I hope. It seems to me such amount contain great potential.

Not a typo.
This similar to wavetable with 2048 frames per wave.

Please release a Falcon FX rack version - some of the effects are amazing and I would love to be able to run audio through them (especially with all the modulations available too). All it would need really is to add an external audio sound source module that can be swapped with the current oscs and sample based sources.

This would be negates the essence of Sparkverb as a separate product :D

Not necessarily, in fact even if they took Sparkverb out (or had it as a paid addon) it would still be pretty awesome.

I would also like to see an FX version. Even if Sparkverb was only enabled for Sparkverb owners.

Speaking of Sparkverb, I'm very surprised by how long the cpu is on that. Is there a discount for Falcon owners? Not that I need another reverb.

Interesting. Here's my results with the same image, originally 698x496, res72, and also stretched to fit 2048x128 res300, both dragged into Falcon:

The sound is identical, as well as the rendering of the wavetable.

…er, sorry, not nec. "identical", but as far as I can perceive, indistinguishable.
