Hi all, I have gone as far as I can be bothered with my Pro One approximation, for anyone that knows the Pro One you will find its more style over substance but its ok, I havent modeled the sound but tried to get the functionality.

The red section is for a vst arpeggiator as Mux doesnt have one yet, youll see where to put it when you open up the modular area of the patch. I have used the free RandArp from here http://www.codefn42.com/randarp/index.html

The sequencer utilises the mux sequence player, the Repeat switch uses a second sequence player, the Drone switch is supposed to be for keeping the Amp gate open but I couldnt find a way to virtually 'hold' it open properly, probably something obvious but it escapes me.

The sync switch is a cheat, it brings in another oscillator whose volume is tied to Osc A's volume

The Osc B kybd switch works but the wrong way round, it deactivates the use of your keyboard when lit.

The modulation section works but the OSC B modulation is only sort of working ( won't sound like the real thing for sure but there is something there )
If anyone needs an explanation how the Pro One modulation works just ask

The glide is not switchable (but still works)
I did get occasional hanging notes when switching between the Arp, Repeat and Retrig, not sure if that will happen for everyone.
Its been an interesting excercise, anyway.... feel free to butcher/improve it ...

Thanks bibz1st. I look forward to trying this. I had a Pro-One many years ago. Used to get some great bass sounds out of it. Vince Clarke used to use it a lot in his Yazoo days.

Just tried to get it. The google drive link doesn't seem to work.

Yea it was a great synth, dont expect too much though hehe
I'll look into that problem now

Yes that's the Arp I'm using too. Codefn42 has a lot more of these awesome midi vst's for free :) Would be nice if MuLab/MuX would include such powerful tools to play around with some day.
No band limits, aliasing is the noise of freedom!

I tried using Modulys but its a bit over the top for the purpose and it didnt want to play without a tempo to sync to.

This is very exciting, indeed. Especially the graphics. Thanks for all your hard work. I can't seem to access the GUI properly, however. Can someone remind me of the process?

M7 comes with a feature-rich step-sequencer / arpeggiator ;)

Sorry, my wording was confusing. I downloaded both the mux file and the gui file fine. I put them in the same file under user/mux presets. When I open the instrument, the gui overlay is present maybe 1/10 the proper size in the upper left corner of the front panel. I've been through the docs and can't figure out where I've gone wrong. Thanks.

Sorry I dont know whats going with that, I just downloaded it and it worked ok, maybe someone else can explain.
I've added a zip file of it to my Google drive, download that and see if that makes any difference
