Anybody got a chance to be at the Haçienda (Manchester), Marquee (London), Winterland (SF), CBGBs (NYC), Paradise Garage (NYC) or other well known venues during it's heyday?

I saw Camel at the Marquee in the 70's.
Not a classic venue but I saw Genesis at the Surrey Rooms at the Oval, also in the 70's. I think it was one of the restaurants.
My favourite venue was the Lyceum, off the Strand - saw loads of bands there: Rod Stewart and the Faces (one of their earliest gigs), Van Der Graaf Generator, Genesis, Wishbone Ash, Curved Air, Brian Auger...

I saw Kraftwerk at Rockefeller (Oslo) in '91
A well known venue in Norway, and an excellent show.
...and then I saw Kraftwerk at Grieghallen in '06
Another well known venue in Norway, and a pattern emerges
Front row seat, and 5 meters from Ralf Hütter and his laptop
