Sorry to ruin this thread... I'm way too curious, I suppose...

I've used Win2k for years. In fact I hold an MCSE for Win2k as well as WinNT. I just never saw it as a viable DAW option at the time, then XP came out, and that was end of story, basically.

Actually, I was migrating very quickly from W98SE to Windows 2000. But I'm far from hesitating to migrate to Windows XP, I don't see any reason to do so. I only see more memory usage.

Aside that, I don't need the pure HTT support of Windows XP, because I'm running an Athlon 64.
