A short, quick example of running a tabla thru my two newest purchases, Extraordinary Spaces presets for Blackhole, and DNA soundset for Molekular:

I demoed some of these spaces in the following track: I play two Stratos over a ambient background I created. All reverbs Eventide Blackhole. H.

This is probably covered elsewhere and I guess you already know, but just in case. Eventide has a 75% off sale of Blackhole at the moment. Until march 31.
Very interesting presets here btw. Tempting indeed.

So I've been super disciplined about (not) buying new toys but this might be something that I can't pass up. I regularly abuse reverb in my experimental stuff and one of my favorites for this is spacemaster in Reaktor.
I'm going to demo this, but I'm also curious what other people think. I especially want your input if you use/abuse reverbs in ambient/experimental type music and you think that I shouldn't spend money on this. If there are free reverbs that nail enough of the sound to not bother, I want to know about that.
Of course if you think that this is truly unique, and especially if you can be specific, I want to know that as well.

Now those are the words I like to hear!Harry_HH wrote:I agree with jc_vt, well-thought, great sounding presets. Not any empty promise (as you sometimes see with overpriced preset sets).
One can always say "why don't you tweak yourself". Well, some people just can do it better, and often you need some extra impulse for the starting point of your own sound. H.

This video will show you how to automate Eventide Blackhole in Cubase using "Extraordinary Spaces".
These presets have been programmed to allow the ribbon to control many of the parameters in Blackhole.
We are simply using our mouse to make the changes.
We are then automating the FX send for further dramatic control of the fX.

After only a few minutes playing I must say: very nice presets and quite a lot of ideas!
The presets names are nice too
A suggestion: do you have H3000 Factory and H3000 Band Delays?
I would be very interested to hear what presets you could do with these two plugins.
Of course there are a lot more parameters to tweak

Your right, some people CAN just do it better.
