been working on a set of presets for FabFilter's Timeless vst delay plugin.
these are a bit....messy...suited for downtempo, wonky, triphop, dirthop, anything that might benefit from ordered chaos.

in this demo ditty there is bass, lead (both from AAS UA VA2 session) and drums (single loop)

there is one instance of Timeless on each of the three parts.
the only other effect used is Sausage Fattener (vst from dadalife.com) on the drum loop after Timeless for the sake of smacky compression...

from the begin, the first few bars are with NO Timeless, then the next few- Timeless comes in...it alternates a couple times... it's pretty obvious when the effects are on ;]

I'll update this when there is a link to purchase... I've got about 50 presets done so far (bear in mind- only three are used here in the demo...) I'd like to have at least another 50 before I offer this set for sale.

soon, I'll have a handfull of presets for download to demo. I'll put up a link for that as well.

There's been a few comments over various threads about the default Timeless patches. I even messaged FF a while back and they admitted that most of the patches were a bit over the top and not terribly practical. So this is very welcome news!

Just yesterday I looked through the presets of Timeless and I have to disagree. There are TONS of "non-whacky" practical presets there. The problem is the browser and the way the presets have been organized. Some presets also have too many controls assigned to the X-Y pads instead of just being simple.

Then again, I don't think anybody bought Timeless to be a bread and butter type of delay. It's almost a performance tool kind of thing.

"over the top" is kind of my middle name! ...That said- I will try to keep SOME of these inside the lines and more sane...but that is not my wheelhouse if you have heard my tunes or demos

I do hope ya like'em ... I'm having a blast doing them. Really eye opening when you get down and dirty with Timeless. there is a LOT available in that toolset.

I love Timeless. I suppose what I mean is that stuff that is technically very interesting but challenging as to how or where it could ever be used. A bit like "one patch songs" in some synths.

But I don't mean to sound picky! Any new patches for Timeless will be wonderful.

That shouldn't be a problem.... We don't always have to color between the lines to get great results

ep and drum loop.
just cycling thru the presets on ep (mostly) and drum loop in realtime.
no automation.
