Something like Compressor on the Mac for Windows or iPad?

I'm looking for a simple, elegant, easy-to-use program that will take my pristine 24-bit PCM WAV and turn it into a 384-kbps AAC-LC stream for Youtube (eventually creating an MP4 for YouTube).

Looks like in Windows you'd have to do quite a bit of hair pulling to achieve this fairly simple task. :roll:

Is there a commercial app for Windows like Compressor (http://www.apple.com/final-cut-pro/comp ... at-support) that can do this? I have an iPad so an app would also work. I also have Ozone 7 but it only does 320 KBPS AAC whereas I'm looking for 384 kbps AAC-LC.

Or should I buy a friggin Mac just for this ability? :roll: :x
