Upgrading Record to Reason

Is it possible at all ?
I'm not sure if I understand what this page says:

This is a discounted upgrade for owners of Reason 1 - 7, Balance with Reason Essentials or Record.

So, do they mean Balance with Reason Essentials or Balance with Record or Record on it's own ?

I would say that Record on its own that is eligible for the upgrade.

As Lejurai said in his post... probably better to check with Propellerhead first.
