Oh, I'll still want a sumsung :hihi:

@apple: Sometimes I feel like how nice it would be to have an imac.....then I remember how they screw people over with their weird/non-compatible OS's and how even a really high priced one doesn't have nearly enough of the features/power I want. No, I'm not interested in a trash can

For all the wonderful things we have, there is still so much to be desired....sans cost.

I think the main thing apple will do in the next few years will be to abandon
intel for their own in house arm based processors. Macbooks and the like will
come with an array of arm based chips rather than a single intel cpu.

All of their software will be re-written around a symmetric multiprocessing / parallel processing
hybridized system, and all of their hardware will be designed to work together in a modular fashion.

Then finally, the super computer will come into the hands of the consumer.

Oh and expect Microsoft to rip off the idea soon afterwards.

Ah you're kidding me. Lightroom is probably my only alternative since I really like the Nik plugins, and even then I have enough non-destructive edits in Aperture that I don't want to switch. I'll probably have to have a laptop cryogenically frozen to use Aperture as long as I can, bleh.

...with latency added as a feature. oh, by then MS users will have a music player that doesn't mess with playlists.
