I saved the configuration settings for a dark theme. place the files in user>appdata>steinberg>cubaseLE>Presets>configurations. You will then have the individual presets for a few selections available. Under colors you'll have DGeneral, Dtracktype, Dproject, Deditors, and under metering you will have Dappearance. I'm not sure if you have to apply them all or just one, so they are all there.
