Actually I think it's more like sample-based instruments. Or maybe FM.

Sample-based means instrument based on samples.

FM means instrument based on frequency modulation.

Is There Any Plugin Concretely Which Has The Same Sounds Like In This Track?

Could be FM bass and vocal sample or formant filter.
