Actually I think it's more like sample-based instruments. Or maybe FM.

FM means instrument based on frequency modulation.
This question means you need to learn synthesis. Or just go to "Sound Design" forum.Is There Any Plugin Concretely Which Has The Same Sounds Like In This Track?
Could be FM bass and vocal sample or formant filter.
