Also need to note that new chorus almost no-cpu usage for me, (considering my slightly old PC and complaints about the many aspects of falcon devices performance) even with max 8 voices in Thorus, which is somewhat surprising. However his sound impressive.
I think that developers need to take this device as a reference (in terms of a performance ).

Nothing has changed CPU-wise compared to former versions so what did you expect?

If Cinebient has got a i7 quadcore and Falcon eats that up...

What happens making a track using Falcon in, lets say, 5 channels, would one need a Cray computer to be able to render the song?

Not at all. You can run several programs in Falcon at once, so there's no need to run several instances of Falcon, which can receive up to 17 MIDI channels simultaneously. You can go right to work in your piano roll and route that MIDI data to each individual program within Falcon. Don't let Falcon's immensity fool you. The CPU hit is feather light for its size.

Can someone confirm that keygroup note off triggering is broken in 1.1.0? I was editing some new patches this morning and note off triggering doesn't work when setting it in version 1.1.0 - when loading old MachFive patches, note-off triggers work fine - unfortunaelty I didn't test it during the latest Beta phase, but it seems broken atm.

But when now using the old envelope, setting attack time to anything else but 0 ms will mute the sound, this can't be right.

Tried just now, yes, can cinfirm. And yes - in M5 it work.
But if switch in falcon to AD amp.env. mode instead default ADSR then work ok.
Seems bug ?

A little Easter noodling with a new patch, which layers the pluck synth with an analog stack oscillator in note-off-release-mode (attack should be smoother here, but that seems broken atm). Tweaking the Macros and the modwheel on the fly in a second pass after improvising the music:

Well it's a common feature in most samplers, but in Falcon you can apply it to any oscillator, not just samples which makes it much more interesting and applicable...

Live 9.5, Reaper 5 on Windows 8 64bit "The application stopped working" happens while scanning the VST plugins.
Already tried re-installing Falcon to no avail.
Will try re-downloading and de-installing/re-installing later on.

Anyone else experiencing severe crashes of this new build?

Yes, having a few issues. It has crashed in live 9.6 when loading plugin a few times, I'm also unable to get it to load in an old project that i used version 1.0 in. I reported earlier that it causes my daw to freeze needing reboot when turning speed up & playing note in ircaam stretch.
