As you can hear in the video, there's some really annoying noise. When I'm playing low frequencies it's like in the video, but on higher frequencies it's usually less noise.
What's causing this noise? I figured it may have something to do with the grounding on my power adapters but I have no idea. Hope you can help me!

Do you hear the same noise if you connect headphones or other speakers?
Hard to say what is your problem but I know a few things you could check,
- The rasping sound in the video you posted seems to be coming when moving the volume control of the 2i2. It could be that the volume control potentiometer have oxidized and needs a good cleaning with contact lubricant.
- Check your audio cables and make sure none is broken, and especially the ground connection.
- Clean your connectors and make sure you don't have any oxidization or dirt, either on the cable connector or in your inputs/outputs.

The 2i2 is completely new, and my last interface did the same noise so It's definitely not the interface. Also it doesn't make that noise when I use headphones. I've used different types of cables (RCA, TRS, XRL) and the noise is still there. It has to be the speakers but I doesn't really have the money to buy new ones. Is it possible to fix it somehow?

Could not wach/listen to that video. But what I read is a bad connection somewhere. Take it to a friend that knows how to handle a solder iron & screw driver is easiest. Opening stuff & doing repairs long-distance hardly ever really works out.

Anything is possible to fix but as Bert said it involve open up the speakers and see whats going on. Are those speakers active or passive by the way? If active it can perhaps be a bit more tricky to locate the root cause of the problem but if they are passive it should be fairly easy. A poor soldering or half loos cable perhaps. I happens to be a hardware engineer myself and my guess is that you have a ground connection problem in your speakers, or should I say speaker. I would be surprised if you have the same problems in 2 speakers at once, because if you have the odds tells me its not the speakers but something else.
Best of luck!

Here is a video I uploaded to youtube for those of you who couldn't watch it. I also turned the left speaker off so you can hear the small noise coming from the right one.

this may sound completely out there and tbh it might be, but back in my early days of digital I had some weird noise problems and sample rates was the issue, so let me ask you this, are you sure your sample rates are matched up between your DAW and interface?
