Hey guys,

I have been thinking about continuing my education with the intention of coming out with a degree and experience that would allow me to work as a audio engineer and potentially a producer.

I have a couple semesters of college behind my belt but am not a traditional student. I had a brain injury that really set me back career wise but music has been a consistent. I'm getting to the point in rehab where I am considering school again.

As current engineers where did you go to school? Would you have done it differently? I do have some restrictions. i need to be near my doctors or a big city where I can establish on going care so that gets tricky. Having said that I have looked at CCM in Cincinnati, Belmont, Otterbein, and Full Sail. Any words of advice? I kind of like the Full Sail program and what they are about but are they taken seriously in the music world these days? I want to go somewhere that I will learn something new. Although I am not a professional engineer I have quite a bit of experience. I don't really want to go back to just any school. I want to go somewhere that could actually land me a job in the music world.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Kevin
