ReMOTE SL Automap Refresh Lag

I didn't used to have this problem but I've no idea what started it and tried a ton of things to fix it.

Automap is sending it's knob and fader values to Reaper only about every 1 second, leading to very jumpy control. I'm using version 4.8 because it's the last one compatible with my ancient device (ReMOTE 25 SL).

I'm not using Automap on plugins; only for MIDI control but I go thru Automap for the convenience of configuring controls via software instead of the hardware.

It appears the ReMOTE SL series is still being supported. Try installing Automap 4.9 again.

Thank you for reminding me to try to obvious...it's amazing how often I manage to overlook it. That works. Seemed my installation was corrupted or something; Automap wasn't even listed in installed Programs, despite being able to run the exe. Thanks again. Back to work.
