All of your suggestions will come with the PRO version, mine is just the intro plugin which comes for free during the first 3 weeks.gaf_thit wrote:Will they use boomboxes and dress like a dancing crew? The 'pro' version will have no GUI.

Just let them focus on:
-Alloy 3
-further improving The other plugins (including Alloy) to meet up to the Ozone and RX type of interfacing and handling. Atm i miss the uniformity and continuity through their product line.

My main problem with izotope is: Major versions are released very often and interim releases are very rare. Ozone 3 was here for ages but at least they updated it for new OS's etc. Now you have to pay $100-200 every couple of years just to be able to use your software with a new OS (that are also released VERY often). I don't know... I prefer stuff like Softube. You buy it once but you have peace of mind for years and years.

I welcomed the return of Vinyl. DDLY is pretty awesome - Trash2 is my goto and I'm totally besotted with Ozone 7 Advanced - but I see where you guys are coming from on Iris. UVI are constantly updating Falcon with customer requested features and all sorts of stuff. Why have iZotope neglected Iris?

That was my first thought as well. My second was, "I hope the dance music community doesn't use this effect to death."masterhiggins wrote:Looks like an early Chris Randall reject GUI.

Feels like we're just recycling and rehashing at this point - save some kind of revolution in sound manipulation. Don't mean to sound defeatist but what's left to invent?
