I have a begginer question and I hope it is not too stupid
I finaly bought good enought computer capable to run Studio one daw + my audio interface & LCD mic, and I am now ready to buy small studio monitors. I have decent ATH-M40fs headphones which are good for start.
As a begginer I am very confused how to solve next challenge:
My studio room is tiny – only 2,5 x 3,5m. The monitors will be JBL LSR305. The LDC microphone is same as Avantone CV-12, so very sensitive. For recording purposes I will use moustly my headphones… but even more importantly than recording, I wanted all this to be able to enjoy music in realtime live listening - monitoring on monitors, not headphones!
MY question is: how I can sing into microphone or play my woodwinds and at the same time listen myself on my monitors which will be very close to microphone, since the microphone will pick up my singing or playing + the music coming from monitors, so it will double somehow or fight with eachother!???
What is the solution? To buy something like SE Electronics Reflexion Filter? http://www.americanmusical.com/images/d ... xtra_l.jpg
OR to buy HI fi speakers instead of monitors so I can put them as far away from the microphone as possible?
Thank you for your help !
