DrumR is now up to version 1.3
Biggest news is stereo mode on all drums (except kick)
Hihat and cymbal has got more grain-samples too.
A couple of bug fixes has been notched in as well.

Configurable drum slot definitely seems to be most wanted.
When I released 1.0 I thought everybody would ask for built in step sequencer like many drum machines have but it seems most ppl just like to sequence with the DAW.
Now I just have to think how to implement do the funky chicken... It's gonna be a tricky one but I'm up for a challenge.

Hi
As there does not appear be a support page/contact Email for your plugs...
Do your plugins (including DrumR) run on Windows XP?
I tried in FL12 and XTV1 and both refused to load.
Thanks.

I don't have any means to test on win XP so to be honest I don't quite even know but it is likely it won't work since I use a rather new version of Visual Studio on windows.
I see your comment as a "other: win xp support".

Any drum at any slot will be a breaking change with a quite big rewrite under the hood so next version will be 2.0 so 1.x and 2.x can be installed at the same time. Same license and free upgrade of course.

Other
All drums separated in to there own plugin ala KickR, do not need slots and all this other business, i use a very capable host sequencer already, having things in slots just limits their usability in terms of routing.

Yes I've had the idea of separating out all drum parts to be their own plugins as well.
It is quite some work but I'll probably will be adding them one at the time eventually. I'm not sure what license model I would use there, if I would just have them as part of DrumR license or separate like KickR or something in between, like possible to buy a single piece but always included with DrumR.
b.t.w. DrumR support multi output so you don't really have to use the group channels and main stereo output. In practice you can even combine having some drums going through DrumR buses and some others through host routing. Just turn down volume to zero on the drums you want to manually route in the host and use the multi outputs there.
The volume knob only affects internal routing inside DrumR.

After some work on some work one "any drum at any slot" here I realize that this will be a DrumR 2-series in the sense that it won't be backwards compatible since the rewrite needed is so big.
In a sense this is good since it opens up possibilities to do changes as well not just additions.
Any drum at any slot also means I can add drum types not present in the standard setup, like a sample player.
Is there anything more I should while at it? Everything might not be added in the 2.0 but coming versions 2.1 and 2.2 etc.
Wishes are free!

Just got an idea. I could add a single-drum-mode. This would solve having to build all different drums as separate plugins and stuff.
Like, start DrumR2-single-mode and then choose drum type. It is of course one step longer than opening "DrumR-hat" directly but might be good enough..
Just braindumping. Would this be a good idea? This would mean all drums available as single-mode without group channels and stuff, given a DrumR license of course.

I remeber this VSTi plugin. It's only synthesizer, loading wav files is not available but it covers pretty well kick, snare, hat and other sounds. Maybe it does not sound like drum in all cases but...
I like idea one plugin for all sounds more than DrumR concept. KickR is great, you can also create some "snare" sounds with this one.

Yes having two KickR instances as in one for pure kick and one with similar settings, longer thump, more noise and more emphasis och mid och high band as kick-with-snare is nice. The kick-snare will be guaranteed to be super tight-together. This can be a bit tricky otherwise with layering.
Do you mean one plugin for all as in choosing drum-type as I suggested above or as in one to make all kinds of sounds?
