Yeah, things are a bit behind. But the good thing is that Kontakt team is focusing on stability very much, so this is the boring part of the way - squashing bugs much more than adding new stuff.

This is unfair. Alchemy in Logic X has all the features of the original version, plus new features and improvements. So while it might make you feel better to make imaginary statements like this, reality doesn't back you up.Numanoid wrote: The Apple manifesto: to search the world of plugs, buy them up, not in order to develop them further, but to dumb'em down

Wrong. Kontakt 6 is actively worked upon by the whole Kontakt team. We're still in late alpha, though, not hitting betas yet.Numanoid wrote:Latest news from NI is: Discover the world of Reaktor

Totally agree with "one of the most spectacular upgrades" especially the little fact that it's now reserved for Mac/Logic only.Sampleconstruct wrote:In fact Alchemy 2 is one of the most spectacular upgrades I have encountered.mholloway wrote:This is unfair. Whoever wants music instead of noise, joy instead of pleasure, soul instead of gold, creative work instead of business, passion instead of foolery, finds no home in this trivial world of ours.

Isn't it also included in the very low cost MainStage? About Mac exclusiveness... well, just one more reason to finally get onemurnau wrote:Totally agree with "one of the most spectacular upgrades" especially the little fact that it's now reserved for Mac/Logic only.Sampleconstruct wrote:In fact Alchemy 2 is one of the most spectacular upgrades I have encountered.mholloway wrote:This is unfair.
