Email addresses associated with the free version of Valve Filter (either with Track Spark or BPB) are not valid. Sorry about that.
However, if you buy any plugin during the sale (ends April 21st) you can get Speaker for free.

Why?

I got an email from you this morning about this and was excited to try out the freebie.

Whilst I got the VF-1 as a free plugin via Trackspark, i have subsequently bought your Phaser.

Does that still mean I don't qualify for a freebie that non customers can get?

Seems a bit unfair to me!

No non-customer has got this for free AFAIK - user "murnau" remembered he had made a purchase hence he got Speaker for free.

If you bought Phaser then I guess you should contact AudioThing - maybe you used a different email address?

I'm not an existing customer (other than the free VF-1) and was happy to pay the $10 for this fabulous little plugin. I found that setting it to "High", 40% drive and 10% wet made my bass pop out of the mix. Best $10 I have spent in a while

I'm also not an existing customer (except the free VF-1) and also put $10 on this. It's a great little plugin and I can definitely see it getting some use.

If you turn the speaker emulation off it works as a straight forward dirty overdrive, too. Very light on CPU as well

Ok update!

Having just got into the studio, I filled in the form and it seems my previous purchase was done under my mastering business' email account, whereas I signed up to Trackspark under another email.

In short, I did get a free copy!

As to whether customers that used the same email account for Trackspark as with a full purchase will get access to the free plugin, I don't know!

Great plugin! Forgot I bought ValveFilter a while ago so got this for free! I'll probably use Speaker more than VF to dirty up my kicks, keep up the good work AudioThing!

So, just to be sure, I'm going to update the main post with more details:

• Anyone who purchased any plugin is entitled to get Speaker for free.
  These are the eligible products: https://www.audiothing.net/plugins/
• The free version of Valve Filter (through TrackSpark/BPB) doesn't count.
• Kontakt (or the VST/AU ported versions) purchases don't count.
