any chance you will look into the bug with pad lights flashing erroneously???
i was lucky enough to have been informed about this issue before buying. if you get things done then i'm in for the party! but according to my own experience you will not even care to answer or solve the issue...

Wasn't it clear? Arturia is from my experience one of the worst companies when it comes to support or bug fixing.

Hi,
Indeed, our support needs improvment and we are working on our internal process to accelerate it.
Here is the situation regarding this bug :
The case is logged in our system since the 4th of april 2016 and is under study.
We have put in place a special Quality Loop improvment in order to get rid of the problem.
We cannot provide a date for the correctection at the moment, but Note this is ongoing.
The best and fastest way to log a problem, and have a fast answer is still the forms:
