Will FX Max VST adapter work with Kontakt and Gigastudio?

I want to use Kontakt and Gigastudio together on my Sony Vaio laptop. Can I use these two apps together with the FX Max Vst adapter? I know it says it has to be on the same machine as your VST host. I also have V-stack on my PC.

Will this work?
