Hello all, ummm, I have my elicencer dongle with various licenses on it, it's a few years old the dongle, and has Cubase 6.5 on it also. I've just gone to license Wavelab Elements 9, installed Elements 9 first, then the elicencer software, it's found all my licenses. So far so good, typed in the activation code Steinberg sent me, it recognised it as Elements 9, and finally asked me which area to download the license to, I clicked on my usb dongle icon and it just hangs and won't download the license so I can open it up. The progress bar hangs around 10%. It says it may take several minutes but I thought 12 mins was too long and cancelled it. I wonder is it the case I need a brand new usb dongle? I must also state that this is a fresh Windows 10 install on a brand new Samsung 850 EVO SSD, so it's a complete new set up. I'll message Steinberg also, but thought I'd ask on here also in case I've missed something. It's been a while since I've done this also. Thanks.

Sorted it. Some feedback for others, if your license download hangs and does not progress anymore, try a different USB port, I'd plugged mine into a USB 3 port.
