Toss up between Sylenth1 (v3) or Omnisphere for me..
but have to give a nod to t3toooo for the common sense, OnePingOnly being a great way to sequence SOS in Morse Code and get off that island, which must be pretty crowded now...

It's a toss up between Wusikstation V7 and Zebra (ZebraHZ to be more specific, the addition of those Diva filters are just amazing).

FM8 because the workflow is very entertaining.
Sound wise.. Dune 2 just because it has a little bit of everything, and sounds great for the music i like to create.
The only way to know for sure which one i'd choose from would be to actually become stranded on a desert island.
Fishing is my first love though, so, if for some reason i couldn't bring those synths or had to use my laptop as a makeshift boat paddle/weapon against angry thieving monkeys all should be ok.

Synth1 without a doubt! This is one of the most versatile synthesizer out there (in plugin form, and free).

UVI Falcon is the desert island synth, it pretty much has it all.
Reactor 6 is a close second, but more of an environment for making your own synths, so I am going to consider that cheating

Is Virus Control VSTi allowed?
If no, then Spire.
If no, then Spire.
You may think you can fly ... but you better not try

Yea this island looks totally deserted to me so I am sure it qualifies.
