How to change registered e-mail address?

Could someone kindly tell if this is possible and how to do it? I'd like to receive notifications to the address I'm actually using these days. Thanks!

Click on your user name in the upper left corner, choose Edit my profile (and forum preferences) -> Profile -> Edit account settings, and change your email there.
