My younger brother keeps calling my mixes bad 9/10 times, some of my friends think my new intro isn't good while the others said that "It's not bad" but I personally think it's actually good. I really want to get this track to professional level quality but how do I get to finishing it ? How do I stay motivated and how do I don't waste time and pump my creativity?

You could hire professional mixers?
But didn't most of the greats had a never-flinching belief that goes something like "but I personally think it's actually good".

On the other hand there are examples where the creator/performer
themselves thought that the music they were making is "not good".

I realise my comments may or may not not be helping much so
I hope others can offer better advise(s). I could use some advise myself.

Can they provide more specific and useful criticism? If not, find someone who can.
Also, creative work requires a lot of "wasting time", aka practice.

what's wrong with bad mixes or bad criticism? Did you think you were just going to be a natural? I have bit at this a very long time, my mixes still suck but how else am I going to learn? Like foosnark creative work requires a lot of wasting time...how do you stay motivated? Have fun...you have nothing to prove to anyone
The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.

A good mix requires the following essentials.
Most important
- Good mixing environment (Acoustically treated space)
- Good Set of Studio Grade Monitors. (Focal, Genelec, Adam Audio, etc)
- Good quality DAC for your monitors. (Apogee, RME, Universal Audio, etc)
- Headphones for editing the small details after you tweaked your mix on proper monitors.
Once you get all this together then you can start focusing on the craft aspect. Just my opinion, and this is from someone who thought he could mix with just a pair of headphones for 4-5 years.
