Sorry to hear that you felt that way, Matius. I just thought you were busy at school. I've always enjoyed your songs and posts here and your software as well. Good to see you around again.SPYRO wrote:...I was really depressed until yesterday, I thought nobody here was interested on my stuff.

OOOUCH I guess I wrote that badly.
I mean here in Venezuela, sometimes is harder to get heard on your same land.
I know my stuff is unheard here, thats a fact, everybody loves Donks!
me too
BTW: Donks your entry is superb, very powerful, try to do a second version and up one fifth on second 29 when you say "lizzard oooh"...there, go "(D)oohh(A)aaaah..." like screaming, and shit that would be a hit!!

Are you using ID3v1 or ID3v2?EarthTones wrote:All I know is that when I play the original file in winamp or Windows Media Player the ID3 tag is there. This is the exact same file I uploaded.farlukar wrote: weird
If you look at it with a hexeditor, the tag is there at the end of the file![]()
When I play the file downloaded from the site the ID3 tag is missing![]()
Wierd Indeed.
Not sure if it makes a difference.
Maybe use both, just in case.

This is already a good sounding month, and we're only one week in
More reviews:
DaveSpiers - Great tune
I'm struggling to find something to criticise, and after listening to it five times in a row I give up
.
El Baggio - Very cool. You named it quite appropriatly
. I think I would listen to more country music if it sounded more like this. There are some mix issues. There's too much fighting for the low frequencies and the flute could use some eq to pull it into the mix.
Mystahr - It's got me moving
. The sound that starts at 0:17 gets a little dodgy with the rhythym, but it works. I actually get mental imagery with this song. I envision a platonic cube being subjected to rhythmic forces that threaten its stark geometry...and that's a good thing
Glooper - I like how you blended cameleon into this tune(pun not intended, but I'll take it). The drums sound really nice as do the guits. The tambourine sounds a little weird. I like the changes and would prefer to hear more of that throughout the song. Good stuff.
AndreasE - I like it! It has a simple arrangement, yet sounds full. The cymbal sounds weird, maybe just too much reverb. I hear slight mix issues, but nothing major. Good show, if it rains here today, I'll play your song in honor
.
Alright, I'm heading down to Florida until wednesday and I expect there to be 20 more songs to review when I get back
.

just realised I forgot you Kriminal
Kriminal - Nice sounds! Very clean mix as well. This tune got me moving, but I was hoping it would blow up. Maybe some double time drums towards the end could tilt the level up.

more changes huh?... not sure how I could do that... The song is a journey of two halves where the first (lyrical) is a contemplation and a build up, then comes the realization (the breakdown), which distort the view of the world (the second half of the song). the beat becomes regular, the bass gets faster, drums louder, strings quicker, blah blah...
... so to go into extra time... It just wouldn't work...
... or it could be that 2 minutes is just not long enough...
