I am missing so much the sparkle in here, as if the track leans more on the low mid-section. Buildwise in arrangement this isn't bad at all, nor is the mix as even when this lasted ten minutes it wasn't really boring (plenty of varieties going on), but I'd say overall it sounds a bit dull with no real emphasis on single sounds, I guess I mean to say it is missing that magic spark.

How to find that magic spark?
I couldn't tell, but just try different settings in the mix/balance/panning/etc. Trial and error is about the only way to learn I guess.

Perhaps when I put it up at high volumes it'll sound better, but it's too early for that.

thanks Mystahr

I will use your suggestion, also I agree with you when you said that errors are only ways to put up next tracks on higher level

I like this....the breaks every now and then keep it from getting boring.
Cant imagine a club that wouldnt play it nor a person that wouldnt want to get up and dance to it.....
Over-all,very cool stuff.

still listening to this, the beats sound very muddy, but then that might just be your style, I like that as its different. As mentioned before - lacking in the top end

Disclaimer: I know absolutely nothing about Trance, so please view my comments accordingly...

I thought the sounds were very effective, as was the use of the vocal in the background. I don't feel the beats sounded too muddy, but you might want to revisit those at some point.

I thought this tune sounded very professional, albeit a bit 'predictable' for this style of music, if I can say that.

Overall however, I enjoyed the synth sounds/fx, and wasn't at all turned away by the overall arrangement or the use of the trance gates or arpeggiators(if I've got them labled correctly). I found the tune repetitive enough not to lose my attention, but at this length containing enough variety as to not feel bored, so complaints there. :D

hey you have all the right elements here - cool melodies, voice sample, etc, just gotta boost up the hi freqs a bit (try to do that over many instruments as opposed to just one) .. sometimes even boosting the highs of the kick can introduce a fuller balance ... just needs some more mixing and you got yourself a fine track :)

Not a fan of the disco beat style trance...but you did good with this technically.
See lots of promise coming to your future work.

If you can,try to listen to what`s happening in the trance genre these days, and try to update your resorces.
As your technique improves,so will your ability to incorporate more modern safistication.
The sounds and rhythm styles used here are dated in my experience.
Philadelphia now sucks for trance clubs,(all hip-hop now),so i`ve been behind a few yrs on the present techniques.

Keep up the good work! :)
....................Don`t blame me for 'The Roots', I just live here. :x
