I need desperate help. My win xp is not starting up windows it keeps giving me an error and safe mode or last known configuration is also not working its just reboots in a loop. Tried the system recovery but got error messages in my system 32 files. Its a hp and it did not come with the xp cd. Does this sound like a virus? :( Can it be fixed with the xp cd without reformating the drive and my 100s of vstis :-o :-o :-o
