i used to think that prince couldn't play guitar until later on in his career. but, there are a couple of uploads of shows from the '82 tour, and it turns out he was a great player all along. back in the day it was confusing, who was playing what on the albums, because the 2nd guitar player was no slouch either.
anyway, listening to and looking at the '82 shows which are available on youtube, prince was phreaking great.

Why the hell won't they just tell us why Prince was taking fentanyl?

Hendrix and Joplin were lucky they passed before the 24/7 news cycle. The circumstances of their death, no matter how tawdry, was not dissected and picked apart and criticized in social media. After the initial breaking news they were allowed to rest in peace.

Concerning the Egypt airliner I heard from news media just a few days ago a ship has picked up the 'black box' signal. (one sec, let me google this...) Yes, and debris and remains as incubus said. Apparently they got lucky with this downed airliner.
As for prince isn't there at least one person who knows EXACTLY what the story was?
Clearly he had people. His people called for addiction/overdose assistance, so someone knows.
Just tell us! If I had a friend who died, I'd want to know all that happened. The same is true for public figures. Just tell us.
Maybe Martin Scorsese bought everyone's silence so he can make "The Real Prince Story". Or maybe all in the know are negotiating book deals.
