Maybe this is more a favourite middle 8 than a synth solo per se (being on a piano and everything...) but I always get a little shiver during the piano run in this...

As a synth head... I generally detest synth solos lol but, many synth heavy sections in Ozrics tracks totally float my boat as do many Jarre hooks. The simple 3 note synth bell hook in this has stuck in my head ever since I first heard it (I'm biased because I'm a huge Tatu - and other Russian pop like Vitas etc. - fan). It pops in my head at least once a day.
