Digital Performer 4 and RolandVS-1824 sync timing issues

Hey Guys,

I just got DP4 and I've synced it up OK to my VS recorder, and I'm transferring some tracks 2 at a time thru my mbox.
but when I transfer the second set of 2, the tracks are not in sync, they are off by a few milliseconds, is there some setting I'm missing here?

I'm using the vs as master, when I try to use dp4 as master some wierd digital distortion sound happens.

Any suggestions would be appreciated,
