If there is no way to do this I submit a FR to be able to rename the recorded audio files from within eXT.
Another FR, to be able to select a bunch of recorded audio on a track in the sequencer and make it all a part of one audio part.

I know that I can change the name of the audio part after I record it but is there any way to change the name of the actual files recorded? I am afraid that if I change the names of the files that the audio part won't be able to find them, which is a real hassle when I have done a lot of non-destructive editing within the audio part.

an autoname with name of the track + count could be cool for recorded material, or even created parts.
