According to that I can upgrade from X3 Pro to Platinum for $149(*) or crossgrade from my fully-paid-for-by-subscription Professional for $299(*). Erm.

And in a few hours I can find out from CW what option Ive got for my fully-paid-for-by-subscription Professional plus 2-months worth of Platinum(**). Not so sure it'll be cheaper than the first one, funnily enough.
