Is there any way to make the window reopen to the last window size automatically, when opening a new instance of the plugin?

I keep having to click the "size to screen" button every time I open a new copy of Falcon, or any time I close and re-open the project (using Ableton Live).

Thanks!

if it's possible, it would be super cool if the Multi Envelope had a Trigger Mode:Song like the LFO has.
please please pretty please
This is something I would like to add at some point. This is not trivial though.
it would be awesome:)
pondering this a bit more... perhaps another possibility would be to allow the LFO to drive the Multi Envelope. i'm not sure if this would me more complicated, or perhaps it would be simpler?
musically, it would be more flexible, and in case this is simpler to program, i would actually much prefer this.
it would give a direct relationship to song position via the LFO, and also provide the Multi Envelope with a very flexible control signal.

Humm this should be the case unless the DAW open the UI, then load the plugin chunk.

what do you mean by LFO driving the multi envelope, changing the phase/position of the multi envelope using the LFO value ?

Hello Olivier! Few questions.

1) Are there any plans for modulation between the different of oscillators? For example FM or AM modulation Analog OSC via Sampler or something.

2) Do you seen unisono and detune system in Synth1 (free synth)? There we can move phase deeper then your phase fixed exponential mode in the Analog OSC. Is there any chance to get similar system in Falcon globally or, at least, for some of oscillators?

Thanks!

ps. It was a difficult idea. Sorry for my English.

+1000 on point 1. Modulation by OSC :D

here's a quick sketch to illustrate what i mean...

1. The engine itself do not allows this easily besides adding FM in each oscillator with different sources so don't hold your breath

2. Why not use the Layer unison and do manually anything you want using the dedicated unison mod sources ?

@the3ug3reeder ok, this what I meant as well. Definitely not trivial to do and possibly quite CPU intensive.
If there is no position/phase knob in the multi envelope, there is a reason :D
While a song sync for the multi envelope allows to only resync when the transport changes, a knob position means recomputing the envelope way much more.
Song sync on multi envelope is definitely easier to implement.

Mhmmm.... this certainly makes it sound all the more desirable :)
in the mean time, i shall dream!

is there a way to trigger an Analog ADSR without first sending it a note on?

for example... i have an analog osc in keygroup 1 which is mapped to C2.
the gain of keygroup 1 is modulated by an analog adsr at keygroup level.

i also have an analog osc in keygroup 2 which is mapped to C4.
PWM of (analog osc) keygroup 2 is modulated by LFO 1 which is at layer level.

the Trigger parameter of the analog ADSR in keygroup 1 is also modulated by LFO 1 which is at layer level.

now, when i play C2 (which triggers keygroup 1), LFO 1 modulates the trigger parameter of the analog ADSR thereby repeatedly triggering the envelope (as expected)

when i play C4 (which triggers keygroup 2), LFO 1 modulates PWM of keygroup 2 (as expected).
it does not, however, trigger the analog env in keygroup 1.

i would expect that if LFO 1 is running, and if it's set to modulate the trigger parameter of an analog env, it should trigger it.

is this a bug?

in the tree view:
i can see all my Mappers, and modulation assignments listed...
when i select one of the mappers, the inspector shows me basic very basic info for the mapper.
i'm wondering:
is there a way to invoke the Mapper Editor from here? (the way i'm doing it now is to manually find the one of the parameters that the Mapper is mapped to, right click it, select 'edit modulations', and then from there i select 'edit modulation mapper')

intuitively, it feels like i should automatically get to the Mapper Editor by double clicking on a mapper in the tree.

similarly, when i unfold an LFO in the tree, i can see all the parameters that it's mapped to... and clicking on one of these automatically takes me the appropriate page...
for example, in the tree, i select LFO/'Analog ADSR>Decay Time' and edit view automatically jumps to the apropriate keygroup.
in order to find the actual parameter 'Decay Time' however, i need manually start unfolding stuff in order to find it.

intuitively, it feels like double clicking on a parameter mapping entry in the tree view should automatically take me into 'Edit Modulations' mode for that particular parameter.

or perhaps i'm doing something wrong?

You can rename Mappers and LFOs and other modulators, it's not what you're asking for but it helps to keep an overview.

What should i do for restore missing samples? I do not get any pop up dialogues for that.

@the3ug3reeder Will have to check your thing next week. Not sure I understand exactly what you are trying to do. If you have a preset, could you please send me a link by PM ? It would be easier to see what's going on

@mrfrenkie right click the mapping view and there is a Find Missing sample option.
